Ingredients :
- 10 bananas
- 3 litre of coconut milk
- 2 litre of water
- 2 screw-pine leaves
- 200 gram of palm sugar
- 2 orange sweet potatoes
- 2 purple sweet potatoes
Things you need to prepare :
- 2 big pans
- a knife
- a cutting board
- a plastic glove
- a fork
Steps :
- Boil the water in a big pan
- Peel the orange and purple sweet potatoes. Cut into half.
- After the water boiling, put the sweet potatoes into it and cook for 20 minutes.
- Then, take out the sweet potatoes. When it is still hot, crush it immediately with a knife
- Wrap your hand with plastic glove. Form the sweet potato into small circle. Put aside.
- Boil the coconut milk. Put the screw-pine leaves into it. After it is boiled, turn the fire off
- In the other pan, boil water with some palm sugar.
- Peel the banana and cut into 4 pieces.
- Put the banana and sweet potato into palm sugar
- Stir continuously. After the banana is tender, pour the coconut milk. Turn the fire off
- The kolak is ready to serve
